Not yet!
Don't know what they can say apart from - oops, sorry, change your password and keep an eye on your accounts.
Sony should now hire Toyota's PR department.

Had a few now. 77 million emails will take some time to send out.
The email is nothing more than whats already been stated officially on the Blogs and official website.
We're still at least 1 week away from having the PSN reinstated but the first thing that will happen is a FW update which forces you to change your password. This has been confirmed.
I know that the ICO is investigating Sony or SCEE in the UK for breaches in Data Protection, not that we will ever know the outcome.
It has been confirmed that our identity details (name, address, email and PSN password) are all stored un-encrypted on the PSN servers but behind 'security' measures. Our CC & DD card details are encrypted but also behind the same pitiful 'security'.

Yeah I got one but by that point having never used a credit card on PSN I'd already changed all my passwords as a precaution. I would dearly love to get a hold of the logs and read over them myself to see how easily these hacker/s brought down the PSN

I got lucky in the fact that I lost my credit card the day before the PSN got hacked, so if they do have my CC its the old one.

PSN is coming back next week and will be giving previous PS3 owners 30 days worth of PS+, along with forcing a new password, and a ps3 update that allows a bunch of new featuers.
