Kaleuns,
i find that there are (certainly lately) a lot of threads posted with the same context.
To all those that are about to post threads to do with SH 5 and the current state of it, or SH 5 and is it worth it, or SH 5 should i buy it threads, there are truly countless threads already dealing with this subject matter.
Especially to the newer SUBSIM members, please do a search or check the first couple of pages here (or anywhere else for that matter) before posting.
Happy Days. :salute:

Naw don't do a search just post away. After all that's what forums are for.

and please LOOK at the sticky threads for most common things you wanted to know, we sticky them for you so you can find the info and other stuff you are looking for

just the other day i saw a post about "cant find the mods for the game" despite the HUGE sticky thread filled with every mod known to man listed there :damn:

Forum search is your friend, people. Only you can prevent topic spam.

Also, a very efficient way of doing a search is via google (guess it works for other search engines too, haven't tested) like so:

Why should newbies do a search or read a little of the forums when, they can be lazy and, let the rest of us do all the work and, post the links. :yep:

Of course anyone who doesn't look at the other threads on the same subjects first aren't going to look at this one either. This is just a bunch of regulars spamming ourselves. :O:

Hey shaddup! I included myself, didn't I? :D

Ye, but when a noob post into a old topic then he is labeled as grave digger...

You're right, and that is a practice that should stop when the topic is still relevant (ie mods, game mechanics, etc). However, when it is a 'dead' topic such as 'ZOMG, DRM is in game WTF!', then the necromancy label with likely still apply.

well sometimes it bugs me more when a person posts in a mod thread from 2008 and gets testy because the mod link wont work and nobody (meaning the mod maker) will respond to his request :har:

I always do a search but usually post anyway just because it addresses my specific problem and doesn't get lost in an existing thread.
