Graphical Glitch in the S-16 or whatever it's name is

whenever i take a shot and the lights go out in the command room when they come back on all colour and texture on the characters is gone can somebody please suggest a fix for this as it is rather annoying

What version of SHIV are you using?

not sure gonna update to 1.4 and see if it helps

The most up to date version (which accommodates all the major mods) is version 1.5 with the U-Boat Expansion Pack. Also know as "SHIV Gold Edition". Usually the start up screen will list what version you have.

You need to update to at least 1.4. If you can find and buy 1.5 you would find a much better game with mods, but older mods for 1.4 are still pretty good.

Update, try again, if that doesn't work list you PC specs. Have you updated drivers, etc..

Updated to 1.4 didn't change much and my computer is rather good not quite sure of its exact specs but i'll update my driver

If you want to get the most out of SH4 you really have no choice but to get a 1.5 copy many mods no longer support older versions I hate to say though there are mods for 1.4 out there.
