Reflections.

Okay so I went into windows update and updated my drivers on the on board graphics card and nothing. So does anyone else have any other ideas on how I might be able to get reflections to show on the water?? This is the last thing I really really want. If I can get it working I'd be so happy!! :yeah:

The game TRIES to show reflections but only when you zoom in really close to the boat or look at the water from a certain angle, then it shows the reflection like 25% of the size, skewed, and in either the bottom left and corner or the bottom right corner (Wherever the water is) so its showing the reflection of the boat, just not where it should be.

EDIT: Oh and if anyone could please show me a mod that allows flags which work with GWX integrated orders. Or if someone could show / tell me how to make the flags/ pennants mod work with integrated orders I would be very greatful. I want to get the option to have a flag flying from the mast on the boat, but I want to keep integrated orders because I love it so much, so if there is any way I can get both to work without conflicting that'd be appreciated.

This is the newest version of Anvart's mod for flags and pennants, if you scroll down through his opening post there is a patch for compatibility with Integrated Orders. :DL

ahh yes, I've found this just a bit ago, except the link for the main DL and that DL are dead, it takes me to a file front page saying the entry was deleted or what not. Can someone else do me a favor and host it for me so I can DL it?

Have you tried reverting back to your original drivers?

If youre integrated gfx are intel then you wont be able to get correct reflections with sh3, i had a 4500mhd on my laptop and could never get it to work, its just an issue with the way intel cards prioritise rendering. wierd thing is this issue isnt present in sh4 and 5.

The best i could come up with was to turn them off totally so at least i didnt get that odd thing where all the reflections were bunched up in the lower left corner of the screen.

Hah, go figure :/ well how did you turn it off so you didn't get the weird reflections all bunched up in the corner?
