I saw this posted on a news site and was impressed by the ingenuity shown bt the designers. Parking has always been a problem in San Francisco since bulidings and homes are very close together due to the hilly terrain and the extreme value of any land in the city. Any frontage, such as a lawn or large driveway, is hard to find. It is not uncommon to own or rent a home in one area without a garage and then rent a parking space or gararge in another area.
