Where is the CWSS Mod?

I can't find the link to the CWSS mod - anywhere.

I know there are hundreds (possibly thousands) of pages regarding it and similar mods, but I just can't find anything that says HERE is the link to the latest version of the CWSS mod

Can anyone direct me to it? Thanks
