How do i load my other profile

Hi guys
After i reinstalled windows and sh5, the save game shows the
old profile name i was using.
Is there anyway to get my newer profile save games.

p.s. When i installed windows i noticed my hardware
had new updates and i was not advised.

I may have to give Bill Gates a friendly call about this !

you could try logging out of the SH5 game initiator and then logging in with your newer account
