Can someone help with the mods I have, I'm sure there must be conflicts :cry:
Also, I need to find out where to delete my campaign since the game CTD's on start :cry:

you do not need this one if you use tdw interface ... you need the next one.. so you can delete this one

For open Horizons im preatty sure you do have to start in port with it, as it changes your campaign...I believe you even have to start a new one...the added ships im not sure about

yes... the open horizon mod need to start a new campaign... you can not use the old saved games
to delete the old saves it is not a good ideea to delete files from your computer because you may do something wrong and you will need to reinstall the game after
you can delete the saved games while you are in game:
1) when you are in game hit escape and choose save game
2) go with mouse and click the saved game that you want to delete
3) click on the delete
