No. It is his fault to commit to his pledge of transperency and not do it.

After all, he is president and if he wanted a free and open exchange he can do it. Hell, you can do it if you wish.

I think the guy has been way more open than past presidents, one that was condoning human rights violations comes to mind.

It's a function of the presidency to keep secrets. They have to. People die if they don't.
