Hey guys, again i looked in the search for a post similar to this and again i failed to find it. I thought it use to be a sticky.

Neway lets get to the point.

I want to uninstall SH3 and ALL remaining files so i can reinstall my mods properly. Having trouble on making the mods work with each other :( guess ill just keep it simple.

I know there is an SH3 registry folder somewhere but cant find it. Step by Step please! :sunny:

Use the uninstall option on the disk and perform a registry clean.

Registry clean? Where is that? I believe i tried a registry defrag but it came up clean. I just deactivated all mods, uninstalled Sh3 commande, and SH3. Deleted remaining folder. But in mydocuments/games/sh3 was already gone.

Use a registry cleaner; there are several, some free, some have a free trial. Google and find one.
In addition I had to go to my installshield folder and delete the SHIII install key for the uninstall to work.

When I did it:

Windows Uninstall.

Check Programs for left overs. Delete if required.

Check Dokuments. Delete if required.

Reboot.

Install.

Had no problems.

I use regvac, there is a free trial version available from here:

You could also try crapcleaner which is a free piece of kit:
