Good cause too!

I'd love to be able to do such a trek.

I have not been to the North Pole, but these kinds of trips are to my taste strongly of Prince,

He's doing it for a great cause...good luck to the lad.

Couldn't agree more Jim, good on him. Got a lot of respect for that lad. :yep:

Just hope he doesn't end up on a blind date with a polar bear in the middle of the night :DL

They've had a reporter (well, more than one obviously) there doing reports that are getting shown on the daily news here... they've been "checking in" with the expedition all week.

This morning they said that one of the guides had placed a guard dog out front of Harry's tent to alert them to any polar bear incursions during the night.

I think someone else in the expedition cracked that what Harry should really be concerned about in his current company is the very real possiblity of taking a rogue snowball to the back of the head. :haha:

There was also some attempt to get a definitive answer from Harry's tent-mate to the most important question of all, i.e.: does Harry snore?

They all seemed to be having a bloody good time and none of it is hurting my opinion of The Ginger One. :yeah:

Well, I suppose that the guy has to find something to do with the rest of his life. In seriousness, endless ball, public apperances and opulence probably become a drag after a lifetime.

Aye that...couldn't have a multitude of back room wallahs mapping out my each and every day with civic functions and duties.

Six month of the year perhaps, as long as you got plenty of time off afterwards.
