Yup Al Quada is competing with GQ and Vogue in the magazine world with Inspire magazine, for those who want serious political questions answered before detonating a vest bomb in public!

On the page count (30 or 31 depending of source):
Printing presses require page counts in multiples of four, eight or sixteen depending on the type of run.
Prime numbers, such as 31 are an impossible feat for a magazine page composition.:hmmm:

Afaik Inspire is spread around mostly as a .pdf version, so page count doesn't matter that much. Oh, and the most recent issue is 70 pages.
