GT Legends re-release

If you still want to get into a simBin racing simulation, GT Legends as a re-release for 9.99 is a worthy consideration, I guess, although I only know GTR1 and GTR2. Especially recommended for SP, due to the superior AI cars (compared to other racing titles). GTR2 I rated as a very convincing sim in its field.

I still have the original with SF but I refuse to install it on my new rig because of that.

You are better off by installing Historx in rFactor or Power and Glory in GTR2, both are basically way superior versions of GT Legends with extra cars. (Includes a DVD check for GT Legends, since 3D models are borrowed, but you dont have to install GT Legends)

I bought from raceroom.net for the same price.
You will probably need to run it in XP comp. mode in Vista and 7.
At least I have to. Have installed 10Gb of mods from Altbierbude.de...

But I´m too busy racing with VRT´s in Race07 to have time to play it.

@Stabiz, how whould that DVD check react to this SF free download version?

I dont know how exactly, I have the old Starforce DVD, but I have seen people asking about this before and the mod teams have asked them to pm or mail them, as there is a alternative authentication process for the dl versions.
