Can't tell if that's a sniper rifle or not, could be just a FAL with a carry handle.

Waldo is really a multitalent, shooting a rifle with the left hand while placing the butt to the right shoulder, he doesn't even need to look through the sights, yet he places a perfect headshot to the clown while being in motion on a ferris wheel...:o

It looks like the type of range finder you would find on Russian made ATGMs.
