New career with best sub and weapons

Hi. I have tried most mods on this forum, none of which is able to fully bring what is promised. It lacks either A or B or C or D in any of the mod i've tried.

The mod is either messing with the cost of torpedoes, does not bring the best torpedoes to the market, is cluttering the description text with german text or give you the second best sub available.

Is there a mod out there, or a patch that will give you the best sub, the VIIC/42 from the beginning of the campaign along with all the best upgrades and all the best torpedos, I'd like to use one of the nice homing torpedos (I think its the second best torpedo after the one with incredible range and speed)

Anyone know where to find such a mod?

maybe in the space age:DL - just jocking... i know that only VIIB is available (like mod) to start a new career with... somebody asked the same question like you few time ago on the forum and he did not find what you are looking also to find.
