making an movie

can somebody tell me if i can make an movie when i play sh5 without using an video camera? it is that posible only with an computer and an software?.... if yes what software i need for this?

like Dowley said, Fraps, this is what i use, if you go that way, make sure you use the latest version.
I use it and use StaxRip to encode videos afterwards.
Quality is really good.
