TMO Update 2.0 to 2.1

I just upgraded to 2.1. I uninstalled all mods using Jones, then reinstalled. Here is my mod order.....

I did this while in port. When I loaded the game up again, I noticed that the aft battery is still called "Hogan's Alley" so I am assuming that something is not kosher.

Hogans Alley should be gone. Make sure you don't have a folder inside a folder.

You have to start a new game before some changes will take effect. The game stores a local copy of submarine configurations in your MyDocuments directory.
