Forum - Text in german

Hello,

Sorry for this dumb question but it seems that I have difficulty to find the solution.

Some days ago and without notice the forum text has changed to german (I don't know how), now I would like to put it back to english, but I can't find the option, (moreover I don't understand german, so it is difficult for me to understand what a link is for).

Please, could someone point me where is the option? I have looked for that in my profile by clicking all the links blindly but not found the option...
