GWX - Alternate flotilla/ 13th Flotilla Trondheim MOD?

Is there a mod out there similar to the GWX Alternate Flotilla mod, that allows you to operate your U-boat from the 13th Flotilla based in Trondheim, Norway?

If not is it fairly simple to make?

History

The 13th Flotilla was founded in June, 1943 under the command of Korvkpt. Rolf Rüggeberg. In September 1944 the flotilla was reorganized, when most of the boats from the French bases reached Norway. Its history ended in May 1945 when Germany surrendered.

Does anyone have a quick link to download this or does a mod exist?
I'm unable to use Maik's mod archive no matter what type of browser I use, maybe another issue with the new windows not liking SH3.
