easier AI mod for TMO?

I like the TMO as it presently release, except that the Japanese escorts are psychic. Not just hard, but ridiculous hard. I was aware that TMO is a difficulty mod, but it's a little ridic, IMHO.

Does anybody know where the easier AI mod for TMO is hiding?
