Once finished with upgrades/torpedos then click on Nothing more to say . Then click on the flotilla comander to the right standing against the wall.

The red semi circle showing the british coastal waters objective area is a guide only. The actual area to patrol is either side of the red line from the british coast and past the line to the east .

I cannot dock at my base . Thats probably because your base has been moved but they forgot to tell you . Look around for the sub icon .
