need a little help here

Alright I recently installed the Playable USS Iowa mod.Love it it's great.I also got the Long guns mod that allows my guys to engage at longer ranges like a BB should.now as you can probably guess,the A.I on my ship can't hit for beans past 6000 yards.
It there a way or a mod that increases the accuracy of my gunners at longer ranges?Also explanation on how to do it if there is a way please.
