When the world around me was cold and hard, the soft and warm inner self was shrunk down, encased in concrete, and buried deep, so that i would never find it again. It was just too painful to hold onto. Now that the world around me is warm and soft, i sense a small cold and hard spot. It's deep down, just under the surface and out of sight, and It makes me wonder about myself.

I also remember the first time I saw the movie "The Thin Red Line". I cried a little. I cried because some of what was talked about hit REALLY close for me, and I thought were all too true. Now years later, it's all a faded memory, but that cold and hard spot, buried deep down remains.

How's that for deep thoughts, eh? :haha:

This thread idea is great I've got so many things to say,

Umm Many people I know too often tried to tell me to be balanced without knowing what balance is. Being in balance has nothing to do with compromising nor it is about making peace nor it is about being pragmatic. Balance is first and foremost about knowing what is right from what is wrong and the effort to strive to do what is right consistently not without failing but without failing to acknowledge the wrong done.

Religion is not an object worthy of worship and it's even blasphemous to worship one's religion. The point in being a member of a religion is to enjoy the support one needs in building a relationship with God. Yet no one can come to God unless God comes to him or her first. It's a grave mistake to stay a confused believer. To believe is to know what you believe. That means believer must see the proof of their faith in their life by seeing what's written in their holy texts becoming alive in their life. To know the God whom one worships is the purpose of being religious failing which the whole effort can be considered to be in vain and to have failed.

God is not far He's inside each of us. He is not there in some places far away. A whisper of our thought and a shadow of our emotion is a loud voice to Him. Direct your prayer inside. (No we 're not God, if you think that you're nuts).

People often believe they are communicating with God in prayer. Many people think the process would become easier if they concentrate somehow hoping God would listen easier when they focus their mind. What most people don't realize is that ALL people are ALWAYS in CONSTANT prayer with the Almighty. There's no a fraction of second that goes without God's knowing of EVERYTHING and that includes us the whole being inside out. Thus We communicate with God when we commit sin or doing good, when we are sad or happy or when we are jealous or in love. God is much more intimate than our lover. So through that God knows each individual that He always knows each of us better than we know ourselves. We are always in prayer the whole lifetime including when we're dreaming while asleep. Thus our prayer is our attitude towards life. This connection doesn't even cease when one descends to the world of the dead. Only there the dead lose their realization of God but not the other way around.

If you believe something is impossible you're making it that. If you truly believe something possible then it is. There's nothing worse than limiting your potential with your own false beliefs. The smallest prison is the cell made by our own false beliefs and false mindset and fear.

Many of the world's problems would be solved if people would stop pretending. That is to stop pretending that they know when they are not, to stop pretending they are wise when they are not, to stop pretending that they are worthy to judge others while they are not, to stop pretending they are leaders when in fact they are not. People must be able to measure themselves before they measure any problem or anybody in life. Failing which they will add to the problems or even becoming one than becoming solution they think they are.

Being a fool is being in irony. When one realizes that he is one he in that moment ceases being one until he forgets that he is one.

The question is which hurts the most

The successful stupid or timid people or the failing stupid or timid people?

The answer would be the failing stupid and timid people who don't know they are failing. :haha:

Left to right - left speaker, Xerox cartridge instructions (with a serial number written on), Toshiba Barcode Printer CD, calculator, wooden folding ruler and delivery note for a PS3 laser (unsolicited gift - received two!), my watch on a 2011 diary, CD marker pen, right speaker, Logitech cordless mouse dock. And the big thing in the middle is a 24" Dell Monitor with Subsim on Firefox, Outlook, Robohelp8, Phoenix (our in-house developed software), and another Robohelp8. Also open on the monitor in the Firefox tabs besides Subsim, Google, Amazon, another Google, Adobe forum.

Bloomin' 'eck Frau, you're nosey! :yep:

There's nothing more pathetic than a remote viewer trying to steal what he hoped to be prophetic information from his target and being found out :haha:

Killing is addictive to some people

People who submit and collaborate to get to top position, once there, expect all others to submit to and collaborate with him as he had been.

People view others as they view themselves except when they have had big encounter to the contrary.

What we are all given and really own is time and only time.

Death is the victory of that old snake, satan. He succeeded in preventing continuous development of mankind and have their autonomy and consciousness to be taken away after a brief time called lifetime. In short that snake succeeded in stamping expiration date to mankind.

Tyrants are fighting for trash in all objectivity. Worldly powers when pursued without any consideration to goodness will become the death of the pursuers. Worldly powers is very limited in nature as well as being very brief and relies solely on influence. True power and authority comes from God who plans to give it to His chosen ones so they shall become eternal kings. Ones which greatness and power mankind has never seen. This is worth absolutely everything! No one can hope to pursue it yet it will be given free to the elected. It's the greatest fuc**in POWER that anybody or anything would see. ABSOLUTE POWER in which every single thing submits to it not because of forcefulness but because it rightly so. This way they could command the mountain to move and they shall.

The richest man is not the one who has the most of everything but the one who wants the least. This way being rich has nothing to do with owning anything but contentment.

The only thing that could fill a man heart so complete that he would not want anything else is God given overwhelming peace which brings joy. It's the most precious thing one could be blessed with in this life. With it a man will be able to open fortresses and has the key to win hearts and march into the valley of death and not become afraid. This is not a theory this is real though rare as it is.

Ah, but I'm immune from your dirty tricks. I happen to own a copy of that travesty. I bought it before there were interwebs to help with these things, just to prove it really existed. I knew it was real because I saw it back in 1978 when it first (and last, and only) was aired.

Carrie Fisher high as a kite through the whole thing. Harvey Korman in drag as a four-armed intergalactic Julia Child. Chewie has a wife, a kid, and an old father who likes Jefferson Starship.

You can't touch me with that one. :O:

How about the Ewok TV movies?

Ctrl+C to copy the URL you want to link to from your text.

Type the text you want to link to the URL. Now highlight (select) it with your cursor.

Click on the http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/images/editor/code.gif up top. Now your text looks like this:

[CODE*]text[/CODE*] only without the asterisks.

Remove CODE from the first set of brackets type in URL there. Then type = and then Ctrl+V your URL. No spaces! It should be one long string like this:

Now remove CODE from the second set of brackets, and type URL there. You should end up with this:

text[/URL*] only without the asterisks.

Or you could just type out the whole thing, but I find it's easier to use the "wrap code" thing up top and go from there.

Preview your post, the linked text should be underlined, you can click on it to see if it opens the URL correctly.
