Crew ratings.

Regarding crew ratings for the enemy. Think they're

Poor
Novice
Compentent
Veteran
Elite

Obvious this makes them more skilled, but how do they work in relation to other values, such as visuals, damage zones..or do they?

My guess is they only effect how fast a ship is repaired, possible shooting skills, ect..

Just wondered what effected.

I'm not sure, but it's my impression that the only thing affected is the AI's ability to hunt and attack our u-boats.
