Hello guys,

I tried to find SIlent 3ditor but the links no longer worked. I am hoping someone can direct me to a working site so I can download it. I did find one site that asked me to register. I passed on that offer hoping I could find it elsewhere.

I also have a question about it. Will it allow me to have a create a late war sub in the early campaign? If not, will it allow me to alter the specs of a early war sub to give me an advantage as I truly stink at this game.

I know that this request will raise an eyebrow or 2 from die-hard sub commanders but I just would like to play around with a tricked out sub.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

THANKS!

No-one here has the right to tell you the right way or the wrong way to play the game, simply because there IS NO right or wrong way, there's only YOUR way, and if it gives you the enjoyment you are after, it becomes the PERFECT way.

But once you've had your fun, put some time into learning the game and all it's realistic features, the satisfaction from playing full realism and returning to port with a great tonnage score through your skill and the knowledge gained through practice is immense!!

But in your own time Kaleun, Doenitz can't touch you...

while most of Subsim are historically accurate nits, I bet each and every one of them would giggle the entire time they had a sub that went super sonic, and could leap from the waves at will, with never miss torps, allowing them to sink parliament as they leap over the Tower bridge after running up the Thames.

Play the game as you want. True you may end up getting more help for trying to get the correct spacing of the rivets on the deck plates, but feel free to ask any SH3 related Question.

Let's see............
I have the Secret Base at the South Pole,
The Flying Saucers based there with a range that covers the whole World,
and other stuff just for fun.
What I want now is the ability to actually fly the AirCraft in SH3.
I see it has been done now.
I want that!

Thank you for your words of encouragement. I greatly appreciate the replies.

Is this editor compatible with SH3 Commander? Was wondering after I installed SD3 would I still run SH3 Commander?

THANKS!

What I am trying to do is have a stock late war sub in the early war campaign. I would like to play a late war boat throughout the war.

I just do not know how to do that.

I like the jumping boat. I am not trying to go 40 MPH underwater.

Perhaps there is a way to play a late war boat and start it in the early war campaign. (??)

Any help appreciated.

THANKS!!
