Did I see a huge diving warship mod for SH?

Last year I'm sure I saw a huge diving battleship-submarine mod for SH. Can't remember which version of SH, or anything else about it. And half an hour of forum searching and Googling has left me none the wiser. Am I mad or can smoebody point me to the past please?
