Just Surfaced!

Hi
I have just surfaced with SH4 and the U-Boat add on... :salute:

Got here via the film... 'Das Boot' and Steam's Xmas sale bonanza where SH4 caught my attention. Normally into car racing and flight sims, but the submariner in me has finally surfaced :) Keen to go for total realism as far as I can, as I prefer to treat SH4 as a sim rather than a game. I have been looking at some of the tutorials on the forum concerning seeking target resolutions manually.

Oh, by the way this site looks and works great... :) Also, plenty of intelligent posts from an obviously enthusiastic membership :)

Over the years I've mostly been into FS and racing, too, until SH3 hit my desk - then I found this forum...

It is a fantastic site. I've never been a member of a forum before (apart from to get certain tech info for work :nope:) but the friendliness of this one grabbed me and refuses to let go. If you get bored of intelligent posts you could always try the GT threads, nothing with brain cells over there (that's where I'm going now... :D)
