Here's what I am going to try next after a re install. I chose to go with the enhanced sh5 TDC in TheDarkWraiths new UI. I hope it works as there are some conflicts but I don't know which ones are harmless and which ones are not.

Update! whilst talking to my crew on the way out of Wilhelmshaven to raise their moral I got a CTD, I was about to talk to the gunner in the rear torpedo compartment.

I would like some advice on which mods to use so that I can have a similar keyboard layout and torpedo UI to SH3 GWX. Also any other visual and gameplay improvements compatible with the former would be appreciated,(but not too many please). Oh for a supermod:)
You can download a simple easy to use program called SHKeymapper. It works in SH5 as well as SH4. It has a nice GUI as well :)

And my advice is to forget about SH3. I know is hard, its like quit a habit.

Sh5 have nothing to do with any OLD version, problem is that this game is not finished. We love the devs because they pulled out the birth of the SH5.

HATE on Ubi because they are "the next gen" freaks without having a leader. Just watch their E3 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pKivlywog-o) presentation and you will know that they have some serious brain damage. Whoever is in charge on Ubi, should consult a doctor.

Your never going to replicate SH3. Take each SH game (including 3 )for what they are.
