Recent reports said that Stuxnet may have destroyed one thousand of Iran's centrifuges, maybe more. The manipulations of centrifuges' rotation speeds are so subtle and get hidden by manipulating the gauge readouts that it may be very difficult if not impossible to discover the damage before it is too late. Stuxnets also reduces the overall effectivenerss of the extraction process. This assessment is boosted by figures showing that Iran needs to invest more and more ressources in order to gain less and lesser of the end product.

Three suspects, in this order: Israel, USA, China. The latter to prevent a war in the region that may disrupt oil supplies for China as well, the needed insider knowledge the Chinese could have gained via their own espionage and cyberwar programs against Wetsern indusrties. China is the top player in the world, regarding cyber espionage. The majority of all global hacker attacks today, have their origin in China.

1. It has not been demonstrated that Iran intends on building Nuclear weapons. Just because we fear it, does not mean it is true. :yep:

2. There is a lot more that needs to be researched, tested, and manufactured before they can be anywhere close to making a Nuclear weapon then just being able to enrich to 20%.

3. Enriching from 0.7% to 20% is a piece of cake compared to going from 20% to 92% and we have not seen any indication that they are capable of going that high.

Bottom line: IF, and that is a huge IF, they intend on making a nuclear weapon, they have miles to go before they sleep.
