I think this music may be the leitmotiv of this record, just that I was in the same situation, but very little margin to come home,at last!

One year closer to eternal powweeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :DL
I live for that, no really . . . . because the world is not enough and because I just might have a chance and because I've reassurance and huge investment . . . . .yes I'm in it for the powerrrrrrrrrrrr. . . . .absolute powwerrrrrrr LOL and it's no gamble at all. Certainly not a gamble at all.
On the short term my resolution would be to control my diet and to keep watch my weight. I want to stay as it is.
And I hope I can mooch God to be a little more generous with me again. I want to feel all....again as often as or more often that what has been. I want to see possibilities that I thought was impossible and to laugh at twisted powers. Not that God hasn't been generous but I just feel the need to show off... to open other people's mind and to set them free from bondage of fear of man. There's nothing to be feared in life [but God] only to be jeered.

The heck you're talking about? I'm confused. :hmmm:
Well ya see, Dowly, it's like this... A herd of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest buffalo. And when the herd is hunted, it is the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first. This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members.
In much the same way, the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest brain cells. Excessive intake of alcohol, as we know, kills brain cells. But naturally, it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first. In this way, regular consumption of alcohol eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine. That's why you always feel smarter after a few beers.
So Dowly, it then stands to reason if you are confused by this it may be you haven't been drinking enough.

The New Year is approaching and maybe like many other hundred of thousands of people you have certain goals set for the following year. In case you did not know, more than 70 percent of the people who have New Year’s Resolutions wish to lose weight in the year to come, yet the majority of them fail at doing so. It has been discovered that only 12 percent of the people who have New Year’s resolutions are able to accomplish them.

Not so much of a resolution, but some plans:
1. start with a new sports
2. looking for a new job in a 1st world country - though it might mean more work and less pay if I stay in the industry, depending where I find it.
3. buy a house and a piece of land
if 3 works: found my own country and declare independence
else: liberate some guns and booze and start an armed insurrection :arrgh!:

Eat more curry :sunny: Yes,Sir!
I'm going eat & drink what I want without some preachy nappy wearing bed wetter government telling me what I can and can not do, up yours.
For many many years now I have had long hair; it's quite thick, brown hair with a slight wave - the shortest it has been since I was 17 was shoulder length, ignoring the #2 undercut I had for a while at school.
For all of my 20's it was half way down my back, and at its longest I could just about sit on it.
The last 5 years it has been the shortest, at shoulder length/pony tail thing, with the 2010 addition of a scruffy, patchy jeebus beard, and moustache; the last year of single life has not been conducive to regular shaving, so I didn't really bother, other than the occasional run with the clippers to tidy things up a little.
Well.. I've been banging on to friends and family for ages about getting it cut into a low maintenance thing. So, this morning I got up, had a cuppa and prepared myself...
One hour later, having just about killed my cheappo clippers to death, I find my powers strangely undiminished, as I sit here with a #4 all-over haircut.
That's about 12mm.
New Year's Resolutions; erm, well...
- put the detritus of last year behind me (work in progress)
- have a proper shave (not quite yet, I'll dust off the double edged safety razor, badger hair brush, and think about it)
- Haircut (check)
So, 2011 hasn't really started yet and already I'm ahead of the game :p2:
I gotta say though, it feels really ******* weird having no hair hehe.
I don't quite resemble 'action man', from the late 70's early 80's, yet - I can sort of do the 'eagle eyes' thing, but I'm all out of blue y-fronts. :haha:
Sometimes a change is good for its own sake, so what better time of year to embrace it?
Not sure if I'll keep it short now or not. Having pressed the 'reset button' on my hair, I'll just have to see how I "grow into it" *groan* for the rest of january.
All the best to all of you here at subsim for the rest of this year; and whether you had a good year, or a bad one, here's to a better year than the last
now, I'm off to find something to keep my head warm lol

Forma a line, STEED is offering bodyshots!
You realize of course the the "real" Steed was a government toadie? :O:
That was back in the days of real government when they worked for the people, unlike now.
Hey ho. :)

What Will Be Your New Year's Resolution In 2011?
Nothing. I don't make new years resolution. New years itself, was never any sort of a big deal with me. It's just a digit incrementation by one. A date, like any other. The only thing that changes, is how old you become.
Other than that, new years means four things to me:
1.) stay home new years eve, there will be a disporportionaly large number of drunk idiots behind the wheel of a car or truck.
2.) Buy a new desk calendar.
3.) New round of taxes in april.
4.) renew car regestration and hope i don't have to visit the smog gestapo.

Hey ho. :)
Lennon and McCartney didn't feel that way, even then. Nor did Burton, Taylor, Caine and quite a few others. :O:

As I didn't make one before the New Year, I reserve right to make one now.
I shall think twice who I bring home from the pub. :shifty:
Which leads me to a question: How I'm going to ditch the give or take 140kg whale I brought home on Saturday and who's spent the last 2 days here and now thinks we are together? :damn:
Problem #1: She lives upstairs
Problem #2: I've kept my mouth shut the last 2 days, because frankly, I've been too hungover for the drama.
HEEEEEEEEEEEELP!!!!!!!!!!!! :wah:

Next time your out purchase a harpoon and when she is on the toilet, mount it on the living room wall....when she comes back into the room well erm the rest is obvious.
The only problem you'll then have is trying to explain to the police how she came about having a heart attack in your apartment :DL
Hahaha, yeh that would prolly work... to some extend. :O:
Gah, guess I have to call her when she gets off from work later. Good thing is, that I'm starting electrician school on Monday and it's an evening school so I can kinda use that as an excuse to "think things over". Not that it would be really an excuse as I really don't have time for much else then and we'd only see on weekends and all that bollocks.
It amazes how stupid I can be at times. Jebus. :nope:

Ah well, she took it rather well. Luckily. :DL

Stop waiting for an arbitrary date in the future before I start doing the things I should be doing and stop doing the things I shouldn't.

Umm I think the word is pro pro procreate?! or was it procrastinating?:DL
Both feel good but one of those only last minutes which one I do not know can't seem to remember :haha:
My calendars are all still on 2010 . . . . . .so I have excuse to actually being late and forget appointments. My calendar is lagging.....time moves too fast and to think that I'm not even living on the fast lane weird huh .

For information, as is current year 2011, not 2010, so your calendar needs to be upgraded or is it the case that there is insufficient time for this type of action...:O:
