No Binoculars on VII-A?

Hello!

I play in an early stage of the war and still use a type VII-A boat. Is it normal that my two watchmen and the watch officer do not have/use binoculars? I once installed the KM binocular Mod but it did not help.

PS.:And why is my watch crew two men plus one watch officer instead of the historical correct number?

Common bugs, install MFC (Mighty Fine Crew) and it'll add binocs, as well as an extra crew man plus a little animation.
