Query Editing The Explosion Properties

Hello esteemed SH V people,
what is the best means to edit the explosion properties? I wish to change the rate at which the blevvies and explosions expand. Is there a configuration file for this, or do I need to use an editor ?

Those are controlled by particle generators.
Useing modified S3D files allows changeing them.
Or you could do it with a Hex Editor.
It depends on your level of Modding skills.
