Depth control problem

So im running the latest patch and yet other than holding periscope depth my sub wont hold its depth....at any speed usually. I ordered 150m and even at ahead full it just kept dropping. Had to blow ballast at 200m. Makes it hard to dive to avoid DDs. Sometimes ive got to run at flank speed underwater to try to keep the sub from dropping. 0% damage of course. Is it something im doing\havent done?

At 110m I have to go minimum 4 knots to keep the depth, at 80m I very slowly sink at 2 knots. Type VII B, no mods, that affect this.
I don´t remember the RL values for this, but 4 knots just to keep the depth at 110m seems a bit too much. Not exactly silent running:hmmm:
