Hi there folks,
I was having problems to log on Ubi servers.
Freshly installed SH5 (again) on my laptop when for 2 days I thought the master servers were down or the hotel connection here had proxy issues and the likes...
So before going nuts again against Ubi DRM policy, disabling firewalls etc...:::
-Install SH5 normally with Game Launcher
-Cannot log on (yep)
-Uninstall Ubi game Launcher (Control panel)
-Access the SH5 DVD and look for the Game Launcher single installation file and install it.
Once you run it it will update itself (it didn't do that when being installed together with SH5). Now the log in works. But still needs a solid net connection :damn::damn::damn::damn::damn:
Now you launch the game and realizes your laptop is not up to the task to run SH5 full graphics....:rotfl2::rotfl2:
