SH4 Speech and 1440x400 resolution

I'm looking for the command bar coordinates etc for SH4 Speech at 1440x900 (not 400 as in the title of this thread, couldn't edit that part) resolution (hoping that they're already out there and I don't have to go through every command to re adjusts SH4 Speech).
