Mods not working

I just downloaded the U-boat add-on for SH4, none of my mods will work now. Do I need you uninstall the mods and reinstall them. I am using JSGME to place mods in game, or do the Mods not work with this new add-on? Please help, as I really enjoyed the game with the Mods.

Yes. A game patch from the developer should always be placed over a clean install, or at least an unchanged game. If all mods were installed with JSGME, then removing them all before installing the patch should be enough. You have already placed the patch on top of a modded game, so a full reinstall may be necessary.

On the other hand, since the game is loading and running, and it's just the mods that don't work, using JSGME to uninstall and reinstall them might do the trick. It certainly won't hurt to try that first.
