Mods for the German Side 1.5

Hi guys! Say, I got SH4 up to 1.5 and enjoying as one can still add some good mods here. For increased ammo, they all seem to effect the American side OK but not the German?????? :wah:

Dose anyone know of a mod that will, or which files to write in to help out here please? :arrgh!:
