Hello LF,
If you are suspicious about the Mod then I wondering if this is newly added ? Can you try an earlier version of the mod and see if that results in the dialogue working ? If it doesn't then it is likely another mod, or a bad combination of mods, or the order of activation is bad.

Also check the thread where the mod is the topic -- go to the latest pages and see if there is discussion of this or similair issues. There may be a fix or work in progress for this problem.

run the game with admin rights. I've found that I got an error on my girlfriends laptop because the game was installed in the program files (bad bad for Vista and Win7 :nope:) and it's trying to do some file operations at game start and the OS balked about it. I restarted the game with admin rights and everything was fine.
