it's personal preference and thus is subject to personal bias.

Best thing to do is download JSGME and use it to test out mods. You'll find it an extremely easy to use tool for this job. This way you can see what you like/don't like.

I would comment on what mods to use but I'm biased on mine and thus wouldn't be a fair recommendation. Try them all and see what you like. JSGME makes this easy to do :yep:

Difficult question, as most of them are brilliant ( if you want your life become hell, don´t forget to use IRAI)

Take into account, that all the great modders of this community keep themselves working and you can find a new mod almost everyday.
Go to the download section, take a look and test , test , test...at the end, you will find yourself with a huge load of mods and an insane feeling that makes you check the SHV mod workshop section of this web every 10 minutes of the day. Say goodbye to your life, mate :haha::haha:
