Yellow Sub Marker Visible in Periscope

Ahoy! I'm new to this site but I've been reading and enjoying the forums.
I'm playing SH4, w' latest updates and so far I haven't had anything weird go on.....till now. I loaded my game last night and noticed that when viewing through the periscope at 180, I can see the yellow marker from the external camera. I have never had this happen before. Though I did increase the graphics slightly, it was so subtle I can't remember exactly which ones I boosted.
Question; Has anyone ever seen this before?

The first question is going to be what mods are you running if any? If you are running mods a complete list of them will be needed.

Thanks for the reply and sorry I took so long to come back. As far as mods go I'm running the stock game for awhile, I know it's got it's flaws but I need serious practice. I've pretty much decided the problem is a fluke and I'll just have to wait till it goes away. I tested several other campaign starts and it only happens in that particular campaign. It seems to be invisible to the enemy which is the important thing. I certainly do not need a graphics bug giving my position away. I was pretty certain that could not happen but, you never know.
Again, I'll just wait the thing out, if it gets worse or if other bugs creep in, the campaign is young enough to dump.
