Been crazy for the past few weeks.
This year alone we never had a dry season.
The craziest was yesterday. Must have been the hardest rain I've ever seen in my entire life. Quite scary actually.
The weather forecast warns of extreme weather until December. We're expecting a lot of rain thus to come.
I'll try to take picture next time or even shot a short video.
If you happen to experience bad weather pls do share too

Beautiful autumn weather here. In the mid 70s F in the afternoons, gets down to 40s-50s overnight. It's been clear and sunny most days as well.
After our dry summer though we could use a good rainy spell. Doesn't seem to be coming any time soon according to the local weather reporters.

overcast, Drizzle and light rain. Mostly drizzle, maybe even just heavy humidity?
Which, in southern california, translates in the media as......
STORM WATCH 2010!!
Rain of any form is a rare occurance here. Most people don't know how to drive in it. Two things i get a kick out of.
The idiot doing 70-80 MPH, as if the rain means nothing, or the big SUV will somehow give him more road traction. (the rooster tails are always nice in a real rain storm)
The over cautious moron who has the wind shield wipers going full tilt over a little bit of mist. Every time i see that, i think, "wow, if he's got the wipers going full tilt now, what's he going to do in a real rain storm?"
I hate my home state.

Spring here, we had a mild winter this year so all good. Springs the best time not to hot not to cold, I hate January being the hottest month for us.

Simple... MOVE !!!
No that's the problem, the Earth is moving around the sun and the tilt of its axis is causing the seasons...
And the Earth is moving around its axis and causing weather patterns...

Simple... MOVE !!!
I intend to! Probably in 7 months from now. I'm excited about it. I never thought id see the day when all the people who moved here would run me out of my home state where my family's resided for 3 generations, but..... i've decided that sentiment is foolish pride. :haha:

Same here in NM, plus the smell of roasting green chile in the air near farmer's markets, grocery stores, etc. Perfect.

We had a rather mild summer for northern Utah. It got up into the high 90s most days but rarely broke 100 - about 5-8 degrees cooler than normal. So far autumn has been pleasant - sometimes hot but not too much, and some rain with days getting cooler.
Nice high-mountain desert. If it doesn't rain there are usually no clouds at all.

Getting dark again and thunders popping now and then. We haven't had daily rains since I was in my secondary school days.
Ah time like this is the perfect time for a board game or two . . . .but with no one to play with . . .

No much further back 1992-1995 actually(secondary)
and from 1995-1998 I was in high school
The seasonal season just went crazy sometime after 1995, nobody able to tell when the dry and wet season are going to be after 1995. The seasons just became irregular after 1995.
Well there was a La Nina event in 1995 but there have been others since. They come and go every few years. Nothing unusual in that.

Been a weird October here in Derbyshire: yesterday we had very overcast and some thunder, and today is a very nice sunny (but chilly) day:doh:.

Umm not just that the seasons have since become irregular. We used able to tell when dry and wet seasons were coming every year and in fact it was taught in the primary school but sometime after 1995 the seasons started to become irregular. Moreover before 1995 wet seasons would mean precipitation almost daily and when it did it would fall for several hours each time it started while after 1995 wet seasons would only mean precipitation less than half of the days of the week and when it did rain it just would only last for half an hour or less each time.
But this year alone we never had a dry season. It ruins the farmers who depend on less rain or dry season. Tobacco is one example.

Been pretty clear. Cooling off at night and averaging mid-70's to upper 80's during the day. Haven't had any serious scare-the-bejeezus-outta-me type of "horizontal deluge" thunderstorms for about a month now -- and I am entirely cool with that. :yep:
A couple more months we'll be digging everything out of the snow drifts and complaining about the wind chill. :rotfl2:
Rain rain, and some more rain, did i mention the rain?

It is, essentially, almost perfect. I rather prefer some clouds and such, as someone of Scandinavian descent, I burn very easily.

He may not be president anymore but it's obvious Bush and Cheney are still in control of the keys to the weather machine. What else could explain rain falling from the sky?

It is a beautiful fall day here. Temp 52F The kitchen window is wide open and the stoves are shut off. This morning at 6AM it was a balmy 30F. Another 3 months and 30F will seem like it is warm.

We're looking at a near-record high for today's temperature (85 degrees). Not too shabby for October. Clear skies, beautiful and sunny. :sunny:
