The article was definitely worth reading, which under our conditions today will run faster than many believe, there is a ready-made solutions in various segments that have not yet been presented, precisely because we know that the market (citizens) are not ready to receive the newer technology that is available.

Anyway, not the best way of encoding/decoding as you need a synchronous signal, but very revolutionary for its time and worth the read:up:
