German language for realism?

Recently bought a new pc reloaded SH5 and now I'm downloading all the superb mods I had before.

Can someone guide me to the link where I can download the realistic German language speaking mod,I can't find it.I know it's around as I had all my crew speaking German before.

Any help would be really appreciated ,thanks.

I don't believe you need a mod to get the dialog in German, with English subtitles and text. When you install SH5, there's an option, under Custom, to use the German for the dialog.

Thanks for the quick reply,yes I thought I'd seen this option when I installed SH5,there is a problem with this though,all the text in the game will be in German won't it if I choose this?.........and I just want the audio speech to be German.

Thanks for the quick reply,yes I thought I'd seen this option when I installed SH5,my problem is I have now installed,so it looks like the only way to sort this is to delete and reinstall.
I'm afraid so. That's the easiest way, anyhow. I've heard tell that there is a way to copy all of the German dialog files and paste them into the pertinent directories. That is a little too dicey for my taste.

True, but eventually you'd figure out what the reports and such mean if you hear them enough and can relate to what is going on in-game :yep:

If he knows english well, which Im sure he does, hearing the report then reading the english does him better. Either that or living in German culture for about 5 years but then that would make his ears hurt when he plays this game. (Ex. While playing SH3 it makes me annoyed when they say the depth as, Zwei Drei meters, when in reality it is said as Drei Und Zwansig meters)
