I didn't know this forum existed until I picked up on a Google link, having ploughed through Zeewolfs leviathan of a thread, I am now glad I did.

Just in case anyone has problems with TvT, I created a website to resolve most of the issues that players encounter. Thanks to contributions froms enthusiasts in France and Germany, there are English, French and German translations available.

The link is

http://www.hitenter.co.uk/tvt

I hope it helps anyone who had consigned the sim to the bin, it can be made to work, it just needs setting up properly.

The only unresolved flaw is team mode in multiplayer. Skirmish mode works ok, and I have spent many hours on Gameranger playing it for over a year.

Cheers

I thought i remembered zeewolf posting some utility to make better use of multi-core processors... i couldn't dig anything up from the search function and thought that a post in this thread would be more relevant if it got answered and this would be the place to have that information.

anyone?

You're right Animal.ZeeWolf posted a program which helps improve the utilisation of CPUs but if I remember correctly this only works with quad cores not dual.ZeeWolf must have posted that back in May or June 2010.

I'll look it up and try to post it.Alternately you can always PM ZeeWolf and ask for the name or source of the program.

Cheers
