I've had this weird problem ever since I reinstalled SH3 with GWX. I'm using an NVIDIA GT 120 graphics card (it came with my computer) and the sky is pitch black in daytime no matter how many times I've restarted the game. I had this problem on a previous installation, but it went away once the sun set and rose again. Unfortunately, the sky stays black 100% of the time now. It's a real immersion killer to say the least.

Anybody have any good tips for the clueless? :hmmm:

According to past discussion of this issue, it can sometimes be caused by a combination of the GWX 16km mod (and possibly other mods as well) and SH3 Commander when the latter is not set to auto-rollback on game exit, or not rolled back manually before enabling/disabling other stuff.

Just De-install the 16Km Atmosphere mod
And then re-install it has not taken properly the first time :hmmm:
Try disabling all mods and and then try one mod at a time until you find the mod causing the problem.

Anybody have any good tips for the clueless? :hmmm: and it was coupled with the graphic card, and settings on the card and 16k environment,I solved it by upgrading to 20k instead and let the graphics card software to be validated so the AA and AF was standard it works well now, and done so for some time (cross my fingers) :yep:
