Need help finding a mod...

Does anyone know where I can find a mod that increases shipping traffic for TMO? I did several searches but can't seem to find it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the mod, but disabled it. Ducimus included it in TMO 2.0. See the link below and his response which follows it.
