after attackng a convoy that was succesful yay i forgot my men were on battlestations and traveled 3 days with them on battlestations everything is down at its lowest so how do i get them back to full strength

Take them off battlestations and wait. That's pretty much all you can do.

That's a mistake we've all made at one time or another, and that's the only solution.
