Yeh, that's what I thought when I saw the finished one. My grandpa has an old photo of his father that looks just like a drawing.

That is very cool. I wish I could draw like that, too!
I can't even imagine the time invested in creating that picture.
These took anywhere between 2 - 4 hours finish an they are not even close in quality.
