I'm sorry but my english isn't that good, that I could transelate whole story from the danish newspaper BT.

In short: His rocket is almost finish-some small parts are to be added.

It's scheduled to be launched in about 3 weeks from now.

He's been working full time with his friend Kristian von Bengtson. Kristian has been working at NASA. He's an educated rocketscience(architect)

The Rocket is to be launched from the danish Island Bornholm.

On the first launch, they will use a testdummy(or what you call them)

Here's the danish article

I'm going to take a guess and say he is launching a rocket capable of carrying a passenger on some kind of sub-orbital trajectory? Like Alan Shepard in Freedom 7?

Forgot to tell you, that we who was at this Subsim-meeting in Copenhagen last year, know who he is.

He told us many things about his rocket dreams.

This is very impressive, it could get up untill 20 kilometers, but these guys seem to be very modest. I hope it will work out for them.
