Not sure how I feel about warming up to Vietnam.I suppose its a means to an end to protect freedom of navigation in the area.We really need to nip the china problem in bud before we're dealing with another WW II era Japan naval wise.

Also there was rumor of an Oscar II sitting outside the Juan De Fuca Strait back in the late 90's I think it was. So it's not like they haven't been this way before.
